Non-canonical URLs will be redirected 11/15/19

Non-canonical URL redirects

As a follow up to our previous announcement that Maven Central will be dropping support for non-TLS traffic, beginning 11/15/19 all non-canonical URLs including central.maven.org and uk.maven.org will be redirected to a secure canonical endpoint. On January 15, 2020, we plan to drop support entirely for all non-canonical URLs.

Canonical URLs and insecure.repo1.maven.org

Any build systems reliant upon these URLs should be reconfigured immediately to use either https://repo1.maven.org or https://repo.maven.apache.org. If your build system does not support TLS, we've provided an insecure endpoint specifically for this use case at http://insecure.repo1.maven.org/.
