Maintenance for issues.sonatype.org on Sunday, 23 November 2014

On Sunday, 23 November 2014, from 10AM to 2PM EST, https://issues.sonatype.org will be unavailable as Sonatype migrates that JIRA instance to new hosting infrastructure. This will have no direct effect on current users of OSSRH, i.e. you can deploy/stage/release artifacts normally. However, if you are signing up for an entirely new project, JIRA will be unavailable for creating either user accounts or new project requests.
