Non-canonical URLs will be redirected today

Non-canonical URL redirects

Per our previous update, starting today 11/15, all traffic to non-canonical URLS that have historically been used to access content in Maven Central will be redirected to https://repo1.maven.org. We encourage any users reliant upon these endpoints to update their build configurations to use one of our canonical URLs before support for legacy URLs is dropped altogether in January 2020.
